Diversity
Publications

Our
diversity publications are called "Shattering The Glass
Ceiling" focusing on senior women and minority
executives at Fortune 1000-class companies. We have identified
virtually all "diverse" board members at Fortune
companies as well as executives at the director, VP and C-level.
We have been building
our database of 30,000 women and minority
executives at Fortune 1000-class companies since 1994.
Used by the national search firms, leading boutique diversity
recruiters and Fortune companies, Shattering The Glass Ceiling
has helped to fill more than 40 board seats and scores of
executive positions at Fortune companies since 1994. Our
information is highly organized and constantly groomed to
provide the most useful recruiting tool available in this
market. Our customers include ABC Media Networks, Dell, First
Data Corp., Google, Johnson & Johnson, MetLife, Microsoft,
Starwood Hotels, Target and Time Warner.
Our online service and directories provide a
fast and powerful system for quickly identifying the talent you
seek, by function, rank and specific industry segment.
Our data is generated by our in-house research group which
classifies, dates and hand-enters every entry. People are
identified from a wide array of public sources including
hundreds of magazines and journals, IEEE abstracts, press
releases, SEC filings, web sites and internet search programs.
As records age they are automatically reviewed and re-verified
by telephone.

Microquest Directory:
People In High Technology
The Microquest Directory has
been used to place more than 40 women and minority executives on
Fortune boards since being introduced in 1994,
Having identified virtually every woman and minority board
member in the Fortune 1000, Microquest is the natural tool to
use for any board-level search where diversity is a
consideration.
The Microquest Directory was used as the key resource by
the Washington DC-based Executive Leadership Council in its last major
study of African Americans on boards of directors of Fortune 500
companies. The
ELC is the preeminent organization of senior African
American executives in Fortune 500 companies.
[See
more about the ELC and Microquest here.]
The Microquest Directory has also been used to place hundreds of
women and minority executives into senior positions with major
Fortune companies at the C-level, VP-level and director-level.
Corporations and search firms have come to rely on Microquest to
source great diversity candidates.
