Microquest acquires and develops data with our own in-house research group. We developed proprietary databases to store and manage our data. 

We track thousands of publications, documents and websites to capture information on executives and engineers employed at target companies. Publications include: magazines, journals, IEEE abstracts, press releases, SEC filings, web sites and proprietary internet search programs. 

All entries are tagged with a date stamp and will later be re-verified or relegated to the archives. Archive information is highly valuable and is available to our customers, included with standard licenses.

DIRECTED RESEARCH

In the course of our daily research activities we glean data from various sources to ensure even representation across the industries which we track. 

We can often assist our customers with specific needs
by focusing our research activities toward the customer's specification, provided the information is also suitable for inclusion in one of our databases.

This "directed research" information will be prepared and delivered to the customer and will shortly thereafter be included in our databases for general usage.

Our "directed research" projects give our customers high value information specific to their needs at a cost much less than the fees required for third-party "name I.D." projects.

DATA ANALYSIS

Academic institutions and other users sometimes require highly processed or historical data captured from multiple time frames, and organized in spreadsheets for their specific usage. Sometimes this data will be parsed for integration with other data tables. We quite enjoy the challenge of these projects despite the vast amount of time they often require.

CUSTOM DATA PREPARATION

Microquest Research is able to prepare specialized reports from our databases for our customers with specific needs. These requirements can include the creation of email lists, mailing lists or specialized searches not possible with the Microquest Online application.
